Match for all because of your test score. UMD may be a slight reach though but it shouldn’t be out of reach.

Thank You!! chanced you back.
Also, my purdue status online changed. It now says my decision for Spring 2010 is pending fall transcripts from my college. I don’t know what to make of this. What do you guys think?

Maybe Purdue is waiting to see your Fall grades… I think those grades are gonna be a tipping factor into admissions if they really want to see it before deciding.

As for chances go, you are a really good applicant… I’m gonna say you have a very fair and real chance of getting into all the colleges you applied for.

Purdue- match
U of Minnesota-match
Indiana University- Bloomington- match
University of Maryland-Dont knw
Colorado School of Mines-Dont knw
Elon University-Dont knw
Arizona State University- Dont knw

thanks guys.
bump!

Great scores and stats! I think you’ll make into Purdue…unfortunatley I know nothing about any of the rest.

I think you have a great chance at all of these. You have nothing to worry about. Thank you for chancing me :-)

Purdue: I don’t think this would be a reach. Most likely a target. Your SATs rock in comparison to their median. Your GPA is a little on the low side, but otherwise, you’re okay.
U of Minnesota: Safety
Indiana U - Bloomington (LSA): Safety
U of MD: Low reach, only because of your GPA
Colorado School of Mines: not sure
Elon University: Target/low reach because of your GPA
Arizona State University: Safety
Albion College (in state safety): Safety

I don’t think you should have a problem getting in anywhere. Then again, since you’re a transfer student, it might be different. Good luck!

I just have a question: Why did you go to community college when your SATs were so amazing?

And thanks for the chance!

Thanks for all the input! Actually Purdue got back to me, and things are looking good!! They are waiting on my fall semester college grades because I’m only a freshman. At least they didn’t reject me based on my high school record. @Cloudyafternoons- There were some personal financial reasons why I attended community college, but I actually enjoyed my time there.

Bump it! (Louder)
