Chance a junior for Princeton, Brown, Harvard - realistic?

I'm currently a junior at a really competitive, large, well-known high school in Texas.
Any and all feedback is appreciated. I'm trying to figure out what schools I want to look at this summer and need to know what kinds of schools I should be looking at.
Thanks!

Ethnicity: white
Gender: female
GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.80 W
Rank: 14/733; will likely shift slightly, but not significantly
SAT I: 750M/800CR/790W; 2340 (single sitting)

Courses:
Standard course progression, all honors/AP where available.
Yearbook and debate, listed below, are both classes - but they require huge amounts of time outside of class. Does this look strange? -- it's pretty standard at our school.
Will graduate with four years of Latin and four years of French.

ECs:
LD debate (10-12): qualifier for state tournament; nothing spectacular
Yearbook (10-12): leadership position this year, possibly editor-in-chief next year? (Our staff is well-recognized; we consistently win national awards.)
Poetry Club (11-12): Treasurer
Quiz bowl (11-12): team is typically first in state
National Honor Society and French National Honor Society (10-12); lightly involved. not really worth putting on an app, I'm thinking?

Debate and yearbook are extremely time-consuming and work-intensive; to tell the truth, I don't really have much time for other things.

Awards:
National French Contest: level two, 7th place; level three, 4th place.
Texas French Symposium: fourth in grammar, level three; fifth in listening, level three
National Latin Exam: level one, gold medal; level two, gold medal and perfect score
Texas Latin Convention: fourth place in grammar, levels one and two
Scholastic Writing: gold key, grades 10-11
Houston-area ACS chemistry exam: 7th place

Essays/recommendations will likely be pretty good - English teacher loves me?

I'm looking to major in either philosophy, english or cognitive neurosci.

Schools:
Princeton University
Yale University – ED?
Harvard University
Brown University
Stanford University
Johns Hopkins University - legacy
University of Chicago
Duke University
Columbia University
Northwestern University

of course, I'll apply to some safeties - but as far as reaches go, is this in any way a reasonable list?
Thanks!

You have the scores, but I wonder how deep your commitments to debate and yearbook are. If you truly do not have the time for other activities, make sure to highlight the importance of these two EC’s in your application.
