No APs? Did you take most rigorous course?

Are you serious?

why even bother asking us?

Here is my detailed guess:

Accepted.
To all

/ thread

im asking because there r 2-3 classmates ahead of me academically
our school sends like 2-3 to princeton every year, 2-3 to Penn, and usually 1 to Yale, but we almost never have people get into Harvard and Stanford, even the ones to get into Princeton, Penn, and Yale

Bell Curves: I took all the highest level classes available for the subjects
This year I took the tests for APUSH, Chem, and Lang/Comp.

Stanford and Harvard are reaches for everyone, but you seem to be an absolutely amazing candidate.
The only thing I can see missing is that you don’t play any sports.

No ivy will deny a black guy with a 2340.

were you accepted?

I agree with the above posters. I think you will get into several of those. Other than your lack of sports, you seem to be in a favorable position. Good luck!

tennisgeek1: im class of 2010. I won’t know until April :</p>

also, not that they matter much, but an addition:
AP Tests:
English Language: 5
US History: 5
Chemistry: 5

cough affirmative action cough

Ditto to Bell Curves. I don’t think any ivy would deny a black guy with a 2340, yet alone just deny a black guy with a good head on his shoulders.

thats not racist at all…
once again, I never said I was black. I said I was Kenyan
