Chance a legacy?

I'm applying ED.

CR 780, W 780, M 710 - 2270 overall
USH 800, English 720
GPA UW 3.75, W 4.2
ranked about 13/600

White female legacy

I'm in 4 different film programs (a leader in 2), tutor for 3 different programs, volunteer at 3 places, am in 3 clubs (president of 2), and have received 6 or 7 awards from film festivals from my films. Also, I'm on 2 different types of honor roll, but I don't think that counts for anything.

Do I stand any chance at all? Especially since my mother isn't too substantial a donor?

Your stats are in the ballpark (solid, but not outstanding for this applicant pool). I think that with legacy plus your well-developed film EC you do stand a chance ED. Make sure you get a recommendation from someone who is familiar with your work in film in addition to your regular academic recs. You might also consider sending an arts supplement consisting of a short film, or excerpts. I’d get the advice of a film pro or teacher on putting that together most effectively.

Would it be sufficient if my peer recommendation were written by someone focused on film? And I think I will send in an art supplement. Thanks for the tip!
