<p>To be honest, I think your chances are okay, but not terrific. If you could significantly raise your math score, that would make a difference. Obviously if you were in-state you’d definitely be in. Try to get more leadership positions/ECs senior year, and raise your math score and weighted GPA. I would definitely apply! I’m only a high school junior, but I live in Chapel Hill and my dad is a professor at UNC, so I guess that’s where my limited amount of authority on this comes from.</p>

<p>You’re in. Hooked and a 4.0 unweighted? Take the SAT again in the fall (I’d recommend the Princeton Review prep course) and aim for a 2100+. But I’m pretty sure you’re good to go.</p>

<p>You are only taking a handful of APs. That is an application killer for most competitive admissions processes. I’d worry more about that than your SAT Math (which could be improved).</p>

<p>6 is not a killer, i got in with 7 and know plenty who got in with even less. Its more of a SAT score, GPA, ranking, and EC kind of deal.</p>
