Please stop bumping this thread. These people are trying to help you, and yet, you seem to have disregarded almost every previous post. You've clearly got a consensus: LSP at best or rejection. What's the point of asking more people when they're going to reiterate the same thing?

you have no chance you suck. :) whats LSP?

I hope your favourite person in the world gets hit by an 18-wheeler:)

jimmypage225- LSP is the Liberal studies Program. It's basically a step under being admitted to CAS (usually applicants to CAS are the ones placed into this program), and a more roundabout way of getting the same diploma. You have to take a bunch of liberal arts classes you first two years, then you transfer into the school you originally applied to and finish the major you want.

Basically it's NYU accepting more students by shuffling classes around. Obviously not as desirable as regular admission, but from what I've read of it though, it doesn't seem too bad and you end up with the same education you would ahve gotten otherwise.

but Lobzz. you're my favorite person in the world!

witty? you cant say that, you know you cant... I meant your favourite person in the world. The thing is, when you first read it, you thought of that person being smashed by the 18 wheeler and then being peeled off the road. You were disturbed/psychological post traumatic stress, if you will............................. then you decided to write that comment. I understand people.

Gosh you're so smart. Its too bad you're not gonna get into college.

And you're right i lied. Your mother is my favorite person in the world.

Hey man. 3amatan ana masry bardo w/ana kont 3ayesh fi masr, bas ana hena fi Amreeka dilwa2ty
haha, to those who have no clue what i just said, just talkin arabic cause by bro here is from egypt hah.

anyway.
I got into LSP with a bit higher SAT scores, and not as many Cs but my essay(s) were absolutely kick ass. actually i talked about living in egypt and the poverty around me and stuff, so i guess they liked that!
although your academics may be on the lower side, if they find you really interesting, they may accept you (at least to LSP) anyway.

which school do you go to by the way? i went to MES 7th, 8th grade...

well good luck, rabena ma3ak

i hate to break it to you, but i think you might be rejected...your international status may help you, but given your grades and SAT scores, i dont think you'll be accepted. LSP is possible, but part of me doubts it. this is just my honest opinion. NYU got over 38000 apps this year and CAS is always the most selective school to get into. good luck!

oh, another Egyptian. Tab kwayes iny la2et masry hena haha. ana fil Choueifat. Thanks for the help.
