Chance a transfer for business

I love ND’s campus. What are my chances of gaining admission?

Location: Ann Arbor, MI at a community college
Household income: <$50k
GPA: 3.72
Credits: 55+
Hooks: URM
ECs: Created an app for a local charity organization, Key club member with 100+ hrs of community service
Intended major: Management Information Systems or Finance

Also, how is the financial aid for OOS students?

Well, your GPA is fairly low. Is that on a 4.0 scale?
Also, what are your standardized test scores, and any other EC’s? Senior schedule? AP’s? We need much more information to help judge your chances.

@IvyHopeful98 Hmm…I thought high school stats didn’t matter once you attain a certain number of college credits? And yes, it’s on a 4.0 scale. Isn’t the average transfer GPA a 3.7? What GPA is good enough?

@CSdude01 Gosh I’m an idiot. Totally misread your title and ignored the transfer part. Ignore everything I just said. Sorry about that! I would venture to say that average GPA is around 3.9, considering almost 75% of students (first year) are in the top 5% of their class. Moving by .1 is significant, at least it is at my school. I haven’t looked up any stats for transfer students, but I would imagine the numbers are similar. However, if you’ve seen information that says otherwise, trust it over me.

Unfortunately, I can’t really help you much, but best of luck to you, and sorry for that screw up again!

@IvyHopeful98 No problem, thanks for the help!

URM? You’re in. Financial aid is need-based. I think you’ll get a near full-ride assistance.
