Comments:
I'm unsure of what kind of applicants they accept due to lack of data.
Really underconfident and afraid of failure - I didn't give the IIT because I didn't think I had adequate preparation
Edit Also, by virtue of my underconfidence, I didn't apply to any of these places when I applied to college except UCB. I applied to Mich, CMU, UCB, UIUC, Purdue and GTech as far as I remember. I got in all. My SAT I score came out after I submitted these applications.
I want to transfer because my college prohibits certain academic opportunities and certain major combinations are not feasible.
I don't know if this counts as a legit transfer reason but my parents are unhappy my college name isn't an IIT/MIT/Stanford/Harvard - something the Indian masses recognize. My parents dissatisfaction affects me dearly.
I receive no financial aid as of now, and my financial status has deteriorated severely since I entered college. I can bear through, and am confident I'll get a great job that'll pay off the loans, but financial aid is desirable wherever I can get it (Harvard/MIT)
Edit 2: I'm also unsure of what I should write my essay on. The most "unique" thing about me is that I don't come off as a CS major. People find it hard to believe I get good grades, and that is cool. I wanted to incorporate this into my essay but I didn't know how this made me better than any other applicant. Maybe I should just talk about my research or something. Any suggestions?

Any tips on what I can do to improve my chances? Or feedback? I've been directed to this site by a friend and he says the people here are incredibly accurate and have insane admission records. :)

Harvard and MIT accept virtually no transfer students (on the order of 2% acceptance rate), and ~95 percent of UC Berkeley’s transfer slots are reserved for California community college students.

Your “chances” at all three of those schools are extremely low.

Also, as an international student, UC Berkeley would offer you essentially zero financial aid.
