Chance a Vancouverite applying to US?

I'm a Korean female who has been studying in Vancouver (Canada, JUST IN CASE anyone doesn't know) since soph year and is graduating in 2013. I'm studying abroad because of my dad's job (a diplomat).

Anyway, the schools here are very small, and offer almost no AP classes.
I had to self-study all my AP subjects, as well as my SAT's, because I don't like wasting money on tutors.

So far I've got:

GPA
(The grading system here is a bit different so I don't know my exact GPA, and there aren't any honors/AP's so the highest I can get is 4.0.)
-All A's and Principal's List for all terms since soph, average about 93~5?
-Taking all the science courses my school offers, already finished all available Bio/Math courses so not a lot of courses for my senior year...

SAT Reasoning (October 2011, first shot)
Reading: 750
Writing: 780
Math: 790 < damn, I got one wrong
-Total: 2320
-MAY take a second one this October because I got a bad essay score (9).

AP's
2011: Biology 5
2012: Calc BC, Calc AB subscore, Chemistry, Psychology, English Language all 5's
2013: Planning on English Literature, Physics C, Envi. Science, Comp. Science, and more, depending on how hard my senior courses are.

SAT Subject
2011: Biology 740, Korean 800
2012: MathII 800, planning on Chem

TOEFL
117 (R30, L30, S28, W29)

EC's
-Formed the school's Key Club in soph year. Started off as Bulletin Editor, became Vice President in junior year, and am now President. The club got officially chartered this year.
-No sports or instrument.
-Enrolled in the school's Leadership program, which I thoroughly enjoy.
-In junior year, led a team for a Canadian Cancer Society event called the Relay for Life. Fundraised about $1000.
-In soph year, joined a group to plan a project called Capture the Cure. We helped a cancer survivor spread her story and fundraised over $10,000.
-Volunteered in a large hospital's gift shop, since January
-Don't know if this helps, but I've been to many health related events with my Biology teacher. They were very selective opportunities but he liked me so I always got in. I've also attended a Stem Cell Talk thing by myself, and gave a presentation to the biology class afterwards.
-Won two small Math competitions (for Koreans), 2nd place in BC last year and 1st place in BC this year. (Side note: I would have tried more competitions this year, but there was a teachers' strike in which the school teachers refused to do anything but teach, so there was no one to supervise the tests.)
-Hosted (and MC'd) the school's first two annual Lunar New Year Celebrations.

Based on the above information, would you guys say that I have a chance for any of the following: Ivies (Princeton, Yale, Cornell, Columbia), Stanford, MIT, CalTech, Johns Hopkins, and Berkeley?
It's pretty obvious but I'm a math/sciences person, and I have a strong passion and interest for health. I would like to major biology or mathematics and pursue the medical studies.

(Side note: Even if I get accepted, I'll probably go back to Korea for university. Korean universities are so underestimated. I'm not going to a university in Canada, though... Seriously, the only okay options are McGill, Toronto, and UBC, and to me it seems that they aren't selective at all, which is understandable because they look at your GPA almost exclusively, and require no standardized test scores.)

Also, for early action (NOT early decision), should I apply to MIT and CalTech, or one of Stanford/Yale/Princeton which are single-choice early action?
