Chance a Weird Splitter

Alright guys, so I apologize in advance for massive walls of text. Lots of information.

Something up front: I have awful ADD. Medicated, of course, but after freshman year, the 100 milligrams of Strattera started to lose their efficiacy, causing a prodigious drop in grades, continuing into my junior year. However, re-dosed and on a different dosing schedule, I've finally regained the ability to focus and concentrate, which has already led to a much greater efficiency in academic classes.
Academics

GPA:8.83/12(About a 3.25) with high in freshman year, on a declining trend.
Low grades were math classes, with averages hanging around a B-/C+, partially die to a lack of aptitude, of interest, and a lack of ability to pay attention. Combined with a poor decision to take Algebra II over a summer, my math courses, as well as math-based sciences(Honors Chemistry and Physics) have been...poor.

SAT:2220(700 Math, 760 Critical Reading, 760 Writing)
ACT Composite of 34
SAT II's: US History 760, English Literature 730

Extracurriculars:
Model United Nations(3 year delegate by senior year, Honorable Mention at Harvard Model United Nations, Best Delegate at a smaller, High-School based day conference)
Mock Trial(Founding Member, 2 year Co-Captain, Lead Attorney for the Defense, Co-wrote a case to be used in our schools first Mock Trial Invitational in October
Musical Theater(Ensemble in production of Les Miserables. Baritone, decent voice, but unfortunately only discovered that I could, indeed, sing during Junior year)
Amnesty International Club(Founding member, active contributor.
Debate Club(Sadly defunct, died my freshman year) not truly notable, didn't do outside debates.

Service:
375 Hours my freshman summer(C.I.T program at a YMCA boys camp, a few other miscellaneous opportunities. Summers since then, I've been paid staff, working as a lifeguard, cabin counselor, and swim lesson instructor. Before that, I attended camp for 5 years, earning many accolades(Spirit Award Nominations, Camper of the Session, etc. Not that important, but demonstrates how much I love camp. It's been a huge part of my life)

Athletics:
Rowing, 6 Seasons, 5 varsity. Captain this year, Class of X award(essentially, the best "team player" on a sports team, given once a season to a team member who's been varsity for 2 seasons. Male, 6 feet, 177, 2k Erg 6:31.5, 5k 18:31. No real victories to speak of, unfortunately, as my team rows fours, and I decided to stick it out with other athletes who were less able in order to help the team. Should have gotten in the single when I got the chance!XD). My winters have been devoted to training for rowing.

So, if you've read that far, here are the schools I'm looking for:
Bowdoin
Bates
Holy Cross
Bucknell
Amherst
Lafayette
Cornell
Princeton

I know some of them are incredible reaches. However, is it even worth sending the applications, or would they just get trashed? Would a strong upward trend(towards 3.9-4.0 in the first trimester of my senior year, taking AP Stats, Literature, and Latin, as well as two honors courses and a writing elective) be enough to save me?

Also, posting from an IPhone, so forgive spelling mistakes and poor formatting. Realized I entirely forgot a service option: I’ve founded a language education non-profit, formally incorporated. Unfortunately, funding is near-impossible to come by, as are staff, but I’ll keep on plugging away at it until I get somewhere.

Bumpity bump bump.
