Chance a west coast boney old blue hair plz

Hey guys,

I thought I'd get some 2nd opinions about my hopes of transfering into Wharton as a Sophmore.

I attend a community college in Arizona.
College GPA: 4.0
High School GPA: 3.7
SAT M: 690
SAT W: 570
SAT R: 570

Essays: Very good and written specifically for Wharton

Pg 217 essay: Wrote about a cake business I started and what I learned for the experience.

Additional essay: Wrote about my dads battle with cancer/liver transplant and what it taught me. Very good.

Extracurriculars: Playing music for 8 years now (bass guitar, guitar). Performed in high school Jazz Bands, Orchestra, Jazz combos, marching bands, and toured Europe with an orchestra. Also participated in many local bands for the last 6 years. I've produced/recorded music for a lot of local bands and hope to own a major record label one day.

My passion for music came across in my applications and I also sent them a cd (a really nice one) of one of the bands I'm in.

All teacher recs are very good.

Addition Info: Neither of my parents went to college; I'm a white male (18 yrs old).

Let me have it (be gentle) :/ Haha

THANKS!

why did u go to choose to attend community college with a 3.7?

During my Junior and Senior years...my dad was diagnosed with cancer. It was a very difficult time for my family and I. He laster recieved a liver transplant that saved his life. I, being the eldest son, had to step up and take charge if you will. ALl of this put a hinder on my college plans, but he's getting much better and I hope to transfer to Wharton as a Sophmore. I'm anticipating a no.

-ps--I wrote one of my essays about the afore mention experience and how I changed/grew from it. I also addressed my lack of stellar extracurriculars in that essay and tied it in to this. It came out very well.
