Chance an IB Latino for ivies

<p>Hey! I'm a senior in high school in Atlanta. I want to major in biochemistry or anthropology. I really want to know the probability of me getting into any of my dream schools. I'm open to advice to boost my chances :D. Thanks. I'll chance back!</p>

<p>Believe it or not, I think you have a great chance. </p>

<p>You’ll get a solid second look by being both Hispanic and from the South. If your essays and recommendations are great I think you have as good a chance as any 2300+ kid from a magnet school in NYC.</p>

<p>If you were some generic upper middle class to upper class white/Asian kid from the mid-Atlantic, I’d say your app would immediately get put in the reject pile. But you have some chance given your minority status and southern location.</p>
