Hi, I am an International Student from Malaysia intending to enroll in IUB and Illinois at Urbana Champaign this Spring as an International Transfer Student. The major I'm applying is Economics BA.

My TOEFL results is around 90 and my SAT score is 1510. I didn't score well in my reading with a score of 440.

I currently have 51 credit hours, but I'm not sure if the universities I'm applying would accept some of the courses I'm transferring.

My CGPA is above 3.0, I don't have any C's. Thank you!

Checking the college’s data on their website, like their freshman profile etc., would be a good place to start. I don’t want to discourage you but your SAT score is very very low. And 3.0 is not a great GPA for the U.S.

Onemoreparent: I’ve checked the college’s data website but they did not specify their requirements for International students… English isn’t my main language so thats basically the main reason why I flunk in my SAT results. So I guess, these universities I’m considering aren’t tolerant with international students who lack English fluency? Thanks for the reply! :)
