pleeeasee help me find universities that i can be accepted into! What are my chances?

<p>i'm a chinese indonesian and i'm planning to study in the US as an international student.
I'm planning to study computer engineering.
i'm very confused because i didn't do well neither in my toefl IBT nor in my SAT.</p>

<p>Here are my scores :</p>

<p>toefl IBT : 97</p>

<p>SAT reasoning test : math-720 ; Critical Reading - 490 ; writing 530 ----- total 1740
planning to retake SAT reasoning on the 24th of January.</p>

<p>SAT subject tests : math level 1 - 780 ; math level 2 - 800 ; physics - 680</p>

<p>i've applied and planning to apply to these several universities :
University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign
University of Texas at austin
University of michigan
University of washington - seattle
UC berkeley
UCLA
university of wisconsin - madison
purdue
penn state
minnesota twin cities</p>

<p>what are my chances at these universities, and PLEASEEEE mention some more universities that matches with my scores. Thanks.</p>

But WM is full now~ (it’s rolling)
I submitted on 20th Dec and got an email on 26th saying there cannot accept int any more
Drives me crazy actually cuz they say on their website if it’s full they will delete applications in progress…
My efforts in ruin…</p>

coz i think the rolling one is for the transfer students…
correct me if i’m wrong, that’s as far as i know…</p>
