I apologize, but I do not know how difficult it is for international students to get a seat in CS-Engineering. If you were an Illinois resident, I’d say it is a good target major for you and a reasonable chance for someone with similar stats and CS-related EC. I’m sure you have applied to other top CS schools and will likely get into at least one of them. Good luck!
