I know only two ppl in my class who take more rigorous courses than I, but unfortunately my GPA significantly went down in my junior year, and I think this downward trend would hurt my chance. Has anyone got accepted to PLME with something like 3.70 GPA? (By the way, at my school, pluses/minuses don’t exist. Therefore, anything over a 94 is an A, and something in between 84 and 93 is a B. The highest possible GPA is 4.0)

My school doesn’t use weighted GPA, so for example, an A in regular physics class and an A in AP physics class is the same thing. If my GC explains and write me a good rec, would I have a shot despite my “mediocre” GPA? I think my SAT scores are pretty good though.
