I'm a rising senior looking at:
Columbia
UPenn
Johns Hopkins
UNC Chapel Hill
USC
Tulane
Northwestern
Syracuse- SI Newhouse
BU

I think your numerous ECs and awards make you a great contender for your schools. Congrats on your 35  I think your race will help you too!

Here goes:

Columbia: Reach
UPenn: Reach
Johns Hopkins: Low Reach
UNC Chapel Hill: Target
USC: Target
Tulane: Low Target
Northwestern: Target
Syracuse- SI Newhouse: Low Target
BU:Low Target

Good luck!

Your stats are in line with the top schools, but getting in to the ivy league is pretty much a crapshoot for anyone. I would definitely say that with good essays and teacher recommendations you have a good shot at a top university

if you apply ED to penn, you have a really good chance. columbia’s gonna be a bit of a reach. the rest shouldn’t be any problem, except maybe UNC and JHU. UNC has 83% of is applicants in state (i live in NC WOOT! right near the school) so it’s VERY selective out of state. jhu should be no problem if you apply ED, but otherwise it’s a low reach.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1168613-chances-congressional-page-columbia-ed-will-chance-back.html

Academics: SAT/ACT good. SATs II weak. Gpa/class rank weak. Academically average category. On a scale of 1-9, prob. a 6 or 7.

ECs: At least for the topmost schools on the list, weak. Lack focus, big accomplishments, and leadership.

Columbia and Penn are high reaches. Better chances if apply ED to penn, but still gonna be tough. JHU and NW are still Low/mid reaches. The rest should be high to low matches.
