The past three summers I have spent the first two months of each summer in South Naknek, Alaska commercial fishing in Bristol Bay. I wrote my personal statements on my experiences working on the boat and my time up there and my second one on my time having conversatioms and hearing stories from the local Native Americans in the small population of 70 village. While in Alaska, I was working 6-7 days a week and between 15-24 hours a day with no cell phone, internet or any real civilization for almost the entire time. The UW will read about my three experiences and my growth from a greenhorn ( a first year fisherman) to a deck boss (also a leadership position) through my two personal statements.

3 years of school baseball including one varsity, 1 year of year round select baseball including high school baseball the same year.
