I'm interested in studying : Cognitive Psychology, Astrophysics, Music Production, and open for ideas!

I have a ~4.25 weighted, 3.88 unweighted GPA, and after my senior year I will have finished 8 AP Classes. I have a 31 composite on my ACT, and a 2010 on my SAT.
On SAT II I have a 750 in Math I and a 800 in Math II. Plan on taking US and/or Physics.

I've taken: AP World, APUSH and APGov, APPsych, APChem, AP Spanish and am taking APCalc, APEnglish Lang and Lit, and AP Spanish Lit
Although, not every score has been amazing..

I've played two varsity sports, tennis and golf. Tennis i've lettered 7 times, and am the captain. Also captain of the academic team.
I have probably around 150-200 hours of community service.
I'm president of the National Beta Club, vice-president of NHS, have been co-president of Spanish club, officer of Social Action Club, member of SGA and film.
Along with the aforementioned ECs, Im co-chair for an environmental task for in the city, work at local expos, play AAU basketball, teach myself piano, and run atleast 30 miles a week. But the latter two or three things seem insignificant on an application. As for community service, does that really matter that much?

and, the upper-tier interest has a lot to do with need-blind admissions.. I kind of need a low cost of attending school.

Along with this i've gotten a decent number national and state awards and recognitions.
and i'm a vegetarian.

I think your application looks really solid. Everything is right where it should be, so I don’t know why you wouldn’t get in. Community service is pretty important, but if you have 200 hours, then it should be enough. I’ll give you an 80% chance (just because there’s no such thing as a shoe-in at Vandy). Chance me back! I’ll go ahead and post my stats here.

EDI
3.8 GPAw (4.25 is highest at my school)
top 15 %
32 ACT
ECs: Band(president), cross country, track, math and science team
2 part time jobs
600+ community hours

The main thing that concerns me about my application is my GPA/class rank. My class is only about 130 people (though it is a very good school). I didn’t try in high school until the end of my junior year, and I’m regretting it now. Anyway, let me know what you think and good luck!

the whole “chance me, ill chance you back” thing is absurd. it is just two people who have no idea what they are saying talking to each other.

but anyways touhou, retake your ACT or SAT. 31 ACT is a bit low to be confident to get in. and vandy only looks at SAT math and reading, so give a SAT score out of 1600.
