<p>I realize that I don't have the best ec's in the world, but i think they're at least mediocre. I have leadership in there, community service and the others relate to math, sciences. Lots of hours for one thing. THe gpa is above their normal average by the way.</p>

<p>Whoever said he's lacking on extracurriculars... you're lacking on intelligence. He had 5 or so things all of which were leadership I believe. That's not too shabby. These places aren't always looking for someone who believes that they hold the weight of world on their shoulders.</p>

<p>Hate to break it to ya.....but these peple didn't consider your status as an international. That puts you into a much tougher pool of admission. I wouldn't say in at CMU. It sure is a match, but it definitely is not a safety or guraunteed admission. Good Luck!
