Chance for a high school early grad?

So I’m technically in 11th grade, but graduating at the end of this year. Please don’t ask why, it’s personal and I prefer not to discuss it here. My absolute #1 school is NC State because it’s within driving distance from my house (so I can live with my parents) and I don’t have to spend thousands of dollars for living on campus. I absolutely, positively want to go here.

Class rank: Top quarter
SAT: Took it for the first time on Oct 1, but practice tests point to ~1300

5 AP Classes (not a lot…):
AP Human Geo
APUSH
AP Lang and Comp/AP Eng III
AP Psych
AP Lit and Comp/AP Eng IV

ECs, most of which are band-related:
-Member of school band for every semester of high school
-Member of marching band for 2 years (joined sophomore year)
-Student leader in MB, acquired 2nd year (most people don’t get leadership until their 3rd or 4th year, if they get it at all; it’s pretty significant to get it in my 2nd year only)
-Sisters of Stem Club (basically we volunteered at a local elementary school and taught little kids science)
-Pianist, ~12.5 years
-Flutist, ~5-6 years

Other notes:
-Applying for early action.
-NC Resident
-I’m Asian-American (Filipino)
-My dad is an NC State alumnus
-I’m most likely going to major in a Life Science and minor in Music.

I would not call 5 APs “not a lot” in the context of State. I’ve got two kids there now, and they only have 2 each, none of which was completed before applying.

@DecideSomeHow So would you say I have a decent chance? Sorry, it’s just that I got to a very academic high school where most kids take 8-9 APs so I feel like quite the underachiever by comparison.

I try not to give chances, but you do seem to be right in there with everyone else.

I think you have a good chance! My daughter is a freshman but also considering graduating early (for complex reasons). GL!

@Medicus I got 690 on Reading and 670 in Math for a total score of 1360.
