Chance for Berkeley/Northwestern/U Chicago/Hopkins

I'm a junior and just figuring out where I stand if I stay at my current level or go downhill.

CA, ORM

UW GPA: Technically 4.02 because of A+'s, but they are BS so a 3.96
W GPA: 4.24 (our school is UC based, but with less weight for honors)
No class rank

SAT: M 800, CR 670, W 750
SAT II: 800, 740

AP exams: Phys B, Phys C Mech, Phys C E/M, Bio, Calc BC, Eng Lit, French Lit, USH

Extracurriculars: 2 semi-skilled jobs, standard math/science clubs, research (independent), tutoring, tennis, study abroad Haiti, yearbook, robotics, I hold high level positions in many of these activities

I assume my teacher recommendations will be enthusiastic from the math/sci area and a bit warmer than tepid from the humanities side. Counselor recommendation... no comment as I have no official one.

Sorry for the brevity but I must faire mes devoirs!

Have you taken any AP exams yet?

I'd say you have a great shot at all those, because of the good SAT score and ECs. A 3.96 UW GPA is also very impressive.

Good luck next year :)

Thanks. I haven't taken any AP exams yet because none are offered until junior year.

I think you're a match with Johns Hopkins and probably with Northwestern.
I'm not too familiar with the UC system, but I think that instate, you should be fine.
With Chicago just put a lot of work into your essays and with you're stats, you're in.

Soooo basically I'd say you're set. Good luck!

My son is a senior at Northwestern, he has really enjoyed himself.

Did you get in? My niece heard her acceptance last night.
