damn dude, ur ECs are incredible. Also, they really reflect the fields that you wish to go into. Maybe just get that SAT score up a bit; you seem to be a very interesting and unique candidate. Best of luck

Hey thanks man, yeah the SAT is a bit low but like i said, i will be taking it again and am confident i can go up by around 100 points to around a 2300

haha np. I hope you get in to all of those schools, and i think u will. And btw dont be surprised if some people accuse you of “trolling” cuz ur so qualified…lol haters

yeah lol i saw that on ur thread

bump… any more opinions? Will chance back =)

If you can’t get into UMich or Northwestern, then I might as well give up. XD
You have a decent shot at all of them!

pretty much the same thing, gotta raise SAT’s, great gpa, somewhat rare ec’s. however, you can never tell with northwestern, its very iffy; you have a good chance at all of them though; chance me back?

I think you have a great shot at all those schools! Your in at UofM, but Northwestern and JHU are slight reaches. Chance me? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1315087-help-student.html</a></p>

thanks guys, i will chance u all back after school today!

bump … are there any other schools with good biochem/ pre med program that i should look into?

bump10char

Hey I think you have a pretty good chance…I think people stress out about SATs more than they should. I’m not sure how many colleges are like this, but at MIT they say that they’re just checking to make sure your SATs aren’t horrible, and there’s not much difference once you get into a certain range. I don’t know much about those particular colleges but your stats look good to me.

Chance me back?

Chanced you! Anyone else have an opinion? plz?

very unique ECs and good grades all around, you remind me of my friend who has similar scores and also has alot of cool ECs, and his top schools are Yale, Cornell, Nwestern, Notre Dame, etc. so I’d say you have a very good shot! chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1316495-what-my-chances-getting-into-these-schools.html</a></p>

thanks man, everyone is telling me i have unique ec’s, but what is so unique about them?

I think it’s not because they are especially unique, but because you have a wide variety of ECs like music, sports, martial arts, clubs, volunteer work, etc. and the fact that you seem to be involved deeply in them like the 9 years in martial arts

yeah, by you know having taken over 7 years of band, 9 years of MMA, ect, i hope to show my dedication and perseverance in what i do. I want to stress that in my college essay as well. you think that is a good idea?
