Chance for Northwestern,Yale,Brown,Vassar etc.

I opened a topic about applying to Princeton for early action,but I would like to know my chances for my other applications as well.

I will apply to : Northwestern, Yale , Brown ,Vassar , Colorado College , Colby College , Connecticut College

I’m a high school graduate taking a gap year from Turkey

SAT : 1520

GPA: 3.8 but i studied in a %1 school in Turkey and ranked 4th in a class of 520

ECS:

Overseer of MUN Club (attended over 20 conferences, 6 times as a committee director,4 times as a under secretary general and 3 times as deputy secretary general)

Vice President of a formal association that focuses on improving social activities of high school students in disadvantaged areas,gained support of my city’s municipality.

Internship in a global accounting firm (about strategy development)

President and Founder of Economics and Entrepreneurship Club

Representative in School Council

Even though there are no sat lessons in my school,I tutored about 50 students about SAT Maths.

Member of a Rotaract Club in my city

Intended major : economics

My school doesn’t offer AP lessons.

Also, a project we sent to European Union with my association won a grant of 40.000 euros to finish the project.

Gap year from Turkey? Are you an international student?

EC’s are good, academics are okay, I think you are a competitive applicant but nothing really separates you from the crowd; that means your essays have to be stellar.

IMO you would have little chance at Princeton, but a decent chance by applying ED to one of the schools you list.
