Chance for reach + transfer worry

Hi,
I am applying to the following schools: UVA, Rice, Cornell, Duke, UPenn, Dartmouth.

I attended one of the top high school (magnet school) in America my sophomore and junior year. However, due to several reasons (extracurriculars, social, academic, etc.), I chose to transfer out my senior year and go to base school. My GPA was not the best when I was attending the magnet school (W 4.2, between 3.7 and 3.8 UW).
Sophomore: 2 AP
Junior: 5 AP, 1 Post-AP (Multivariable)
Senior: 4 AP, 1 Post-AP (2nd semester) - I wanted to sign up for 2 more APs but because I transferred in too late, there was no more space. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to tell my counselor to notify colleges for that I wanted higher course rigor but I couldn’t?

Will colleges be viewing my GPA based off the magnet school or my base school? I was busy with college application and with the transition, my senior grades weren’t superb, so my GPA didn’t go up too much (4.25 now I think).

SAT: 1460, 660/800. I am retaking it in January because colleges like Duke still accept it. I am aiming for at least 1520-1550 to accommodate for my GPA.
SAT II: Math 2 - 800, Chem - 660 (not sent to colleges that don’t require them)

Honors:
AMC10 - 141 - top 1%, #3 in state
AMC12 - 124.5 - almost top 1%
State Champion in Debate
NCFL Qualifier (Qualified for National) through 5th place at a tournament

Activities
(9,10,11,12) Teacher Coordinator, Captain, Coach Assistant - Debate Champion, qualified for nationals, 2nd and 5th at WACFL tournaments

(9,10,12) Science Olympiad - 2x 2nd, 3rd, 5th at state tournament

(12) - Technology teacher at Summer Internship - 70 hours

Also, do colleges look at my income? Mine is <50k.

My extracurriculars aren’t amazing but I have several state awards (TSA, Science Olympiad, Debate, Math), invested decent amount of time in sports, and volunteered for several hours.

Please chance me! And answer my question regarding the GPA/school if you can.

…I don’t doubt that you’re posting in good faith, but you’re really selling yourself short here. You’re a very competitive applicant at all the schools you listed. If you told the average American high schooler that a 3.8 GPA “was not the best,” or that a half-dozen national science tournament placements “not amazing extracurriculars,” they’d probably look at you like you were an alien.
