Teacher recommendation #1 (Chemistry) - Should be 8-9/10. He wrote my Gov School application, and I got in, so...
Teacher recommendation #2 (English) - Should be 7-8/10. I've known him for a while. He's helped me a lot, and I'm one of his best essay writers.
Guidance - 9-10/10. Also wrote my Gov School app, said "it was my pleasure. it's easy to write one for a student you believe in."

Essays:
Common App - Awesome. Everyone liked it alot, tied it in with my founding the quartet experience with volunteering. Very personal.

Other:
U.S. State/Territory or Country: Pennsylvania
School Type: Public High School, fairly high ranked. We send maybe 8-10 students to Ivy Leagues every year
Ethnicity: Asian-American
Gender: Male
Income Bracket Range: $100,000-$150,000
Hooks: First generation to go to undergraduate studies in America, both cousins attend Stanford (maybe a legacy?), my father attended MIT and Harvard, but he has conferences at Penn, Brown, Yale, Caltech, Berkeley, Harvard, MIT, etc.

@vctrm67 Except Berkeley the others are reaches.Although you have a decent shot at them, they can be very unpredictable for everyone.

Your resume is pretty good. None of the hooks that you mentioned are hooks except the fact that your father went to Harvard and MIT which makes you a legacy there.

Bump?

All your colleges are reaches except Northwestern(low reach) and Cal(match).

Your ECs are kind of stereotypical though (cello, tennis, science) If you distingiush yourself through your essays I think you have a fair shot.
