Chance for UC's

Hey all, I know my stats are nothing extraordinary compared to the rest of the people on this site but I am just looking for high match - low match for UCSD, UCD, UCSB, UCI, UCSC, and UCR. I hope to major in the bio field, nothing specific yet besides general biology. I just would like to know my chances given these stats. (Not counting my essay) Thanks for the honesty.

ACT composite: 28
GPA 10th-11th weighted: 3.6
Top 10% of my class (received ELC letter if it does anything)
AP Psychology test: 4
130+ community service hours
Secretary of Leo club for 2 years.
Link crew leader junior year
Link crew commissioner senior year
Track and Field 2 years but could no longer resume due to foot injury
Cross Country 2 years (could not resume due to same injury)
Worked as lifeguard/swim instructor for 2 years and still currently employed.
I am Vietnamese which may not help me in admissions at all.

Total of 4 years of science being, bio, chem, anatomy/physiology, and currently physics.
Total of 4 years of math being: geometry, alg2/trig, pre calculus, and currently calculus.

Is that weighted GPA capped? Assuming it is:

UCSC - UCR : Match

UCD - UCI - UCSB : High Match / Low Reach

UCSD : Reach - Low ACT and GPA. Bio is competitive here.

I’d say you have a good shot at SC or R but other colleges are on the reach side. Also, ELC I believe is after you submit your application. Good luck!

Is your GPA, your UC GPA? If not, here is the calculator
<a href=“UC Freshmen Admissions Calculator – RogerHub”>http://rogerhub.com/uc-undergraduate-admissions-calculator/

Based on your posted Stats and the fact that the UC’s weigh GPA more heavily than test scores.
Here are the chances:

UCR: Match
UCSC: High Match (Avg UC GPA-3.82)
UCD/UCI/UCSB: Low Reach (Avg UC GPA-4.0+)
UCSD: Reach (Avg UC GPA-4.1+)

ELC only guarantees that if you apply to the UC’s and you do not gain acceptance to the UC of your choice, you will be offered a place at UCM.
