Chance for UNC Chapel Hill? OOS? Chance back if requested?

So I've done this chance thing like once before, but not in regards to the school that I've really become extremely interested in:
UNC Chapel Hill
So rather than ask for a bunch of schools, I was just wondering what my chances are at UNC when applying from out of state (California).

Here's me:

Academics:
Ton of AP/Honors classes (If its available, I've taken it)
Honor Role all three years
4.5 Weighted GPA, 4.0 Unweighted
CFA lifetime member (not quite yet, but it's almost surely going to happen)
2290 SAT score
Currently rank 1 in class

EC:
Somewhere around 100 hours of community service, mostly with Red Cross (probably going to be a bit more soon)
School orchestra concert master
Local youth symphony member/concert master
School writing club president
Link Crew
Member of school energy academy
Summer internship with PG&E (local utility company)
Work experience during school year

Oh, and I plan on applying early action (not early decision) if it helps.

I've seen the statistics and, from what I can tell, I'm a good on paper candidate, but I know UNC - CH has a really really REALLY tough out of state acceptance rate and that's what's got me scared. So, chance me?

As promised, I'll chance back if you want, though as a fellow student, my opinion is of pretty limited value.

You are in UNC, its a match. Out of curiosity why UNC? You have two great publics’ that you could get into with your stats UCB, UCLA

@RugbySingh That’s actually what a lot of people say when I tell them about UNC. I get that UCB and UCLA are fantastic schools on paper. But then you visit the campus. I can’t speak as much for UCLA but Berkeley. Man. That place is terrible for me. A lot of people won’t agree with me, but the place just feels…oppressive. I couldn’t even imagine having to be there for a month let alone 4 years. I feel like college is about the experience as much as the education and I feel like UNC is a place that I would really enjoy myself, at least from what I have seen so far.

Bump for more feedback

What do you like about UNC?

Have you visited?

NC is pretty conservative.

@Joe2015‌ I haven’t visited yet, but I plan on doing so very very soon. From my internet research (I know, I know) I really like the look of the campus, I like how students describe it as tough academically but still fairly laid back and uncompetitive. Then theres the fact that Chapel Hill (the city) is a relatively small university town that reminds me a lot of where I grew up. Also from what I’ve heard, Chapel Hill is quite liberal. It doesn’t matter too much to me. I’m fairly moderate in my views so I can live with either side.

Bump?
