You sound like a solid match for Bates and your CS work may help you with admissions because the school is in the process of building a new digital and computational sciences program funded by $19 million from 7 alumni families.

Do you think I could get money to attend? Like 35K$/year?

Bates does not award for merit, so unless you qualify for need-based aid the answer would be no. You should run the calculator to see what the answer is. Very few schools in this tier offer merit awards, but some do.
