Chance me and help with SAT/SAT II decision

Hi everyone, I need some help with making a decision. Januaray is the last day that I could take a SAT. Right now I am debating between retaking a SAT II Math IIC test, or a regular SAT test. Those two scores are both kind of low in my applications (at least for reach schools.) Also, please chance me based on these stats. Thanks a lot everyone! I really appreciate your advice and time.

The objective:
GPA: 3.965 out of 4.0, school does not rank, but estimated top 5% of the senior class.
SAT(considering a retake): Verbal 740, Math 760, Writing 730
SAT IIs: U.S History 780, Biology 770, Chinese 800, Chemistry 770, Math 730(considering a retake)
APs: European History-5; Chemistry-5; Biology-5; English composition-5; US History-5; Psychology-5; World History(Independent study)- 5;

Current course load:
AP Lit, AP Physics B, AP Gov't; AP Mirco/Macro Economics; AP Statistics; AP BC Calc; Research

Random Academic awards:
- National merit semifinalist (pending result for finalist status)
- AP scholar with distinction
- Book award from Hyokoye Mt college (some random college, forgot the exact name)

The Subjective:
- decent essays (the usual: value of preservance in learning English and passion for philosophy, another one about family difficulties and how they impacted me; teachers loved them)
- Good recommendations: AP Bio, and AP lit teachers, both loved me.

ECs:
Main:
Science research club: Vice President; Seimens regional finalist (11th)/semifinalisth(12th), a bunch of 1st place/3 place local science fair awards; three major university lab research project in material science engineering and chemistry, one report sumbitted for publication; cofounder of school's Science Bowl team.
(yes, the typical Asian lab rat)

Mathlete club: President (with a bunch of local newspaper recognition, and local math fair awards, no significant awards)

Debate: Vice Presidnet, LD 1st place state elimination, finalist for public forum at locals, few state level awards, compete nationally, went to camp for 2 years.
Mock Trial: Captain, semifinalist at counties.

Other small random EC:
- Newspaper: editor
- Latin Honor: manager
- Play Viola at local orchestra

Volunteer:
- Peer tutoring ESL students with English, help elementary school kids with Math
- Teach at local chinese school 3 hrs a week
- Choreograph and perform traditional Chinese dances for school's culture awareness program.

Work experience:
- two summer researching at university lab, researched during school year for a local college professor.

Colleges: (with self assessment of chance)
- Reaches: Harvard, Yale, Stanford, Brown, M.I.T
- Matches: U Chicago, Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, and Johns Hopkins
- Safeties: NYU, Brandeis, Michigan (i'm in a few other state schools already)

Intended major: Material science engineering, and philosophy.

Please chance me and tell me if my colleges chance assessment are not realistic. My bigger problem is that I don't know which SAT to is in Jan.
It's either Math IIC, which I took 2 yrs ago and can get at least above 750 with retake; or regular SAT, which I can probably break 2300 with retake.
Please give me some advice!!!! It's driving me crazy!!!
I would also appreciate it if you could point out the other weak areas in my apps for my reach schools.

Oh, by the way, I'm Asian and I just came to America and learned English about 4 years ago. I don't know that helps or hurts my application, but can't do much about that.

Thanks again!

you'll get into the colleges you want, don't worry. Your grades/tests are great!

excellent stats. you should have a good chance at even the best of schools.

thanks guys! But I really need some helps with deciding which SAT to retake in Januaray. SAT regular or SAT II Math IIC?

SAT regular is more important than Math IIC so I would go with I.

if you are going to retake a test retake the SATI. don't worry about your SATII scores because adcom looks at your three highest.

thanks a lot guys!
