PLEASE CHANCE US FOR ALL THE COLLEGES

I would need more information to be able give you a good answer but the GPAs do look a little low…
The ECs are good though, The top one could maybe do a good job on the essay with a spin on the languages or maybe how he/she learned them.
Good luck!

Test scores?

Test Score for the top one: 1600 and the bottom one: 1700

Need the breakdown of the SAT total (Math + CR) to calculate your Eligibility index (EI). All CSU’s (except SLO) use your CSU/UC GPA and SAT or ACT scores to calculate your EI and then you are ranked by major based on the EI.

(CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR)
For SDSU, 4100+ is competitive
For CSULB, 3900+ is competitive
For SJSU, it varies by major so check link: http://info.sjsu.edu/web-dbgen/narr/static/admission/frosh-f2015impact.html

For SFSU, you are in except for possibly nursing.

SLO, uses 9th-11th grades in their CSU GPA calculation. They also use MCA points instead of EI. Depending upon your intended majors, SLO is probably a High Match to Reach. Post your majors and I could chance you better.
