i know mt holyoke the best, and i think you have an excellent shot there. it's the best women's college for biology and chemistry, so i'd accept the offer if you're interested in those fields. smith is better for math and physics. i don't know mt holyoke's strength in other fields.

not sure what your chances are at haverford, but did you consider it? it has some advantages over bryn mawr.

Thanks vossron and yoyo617. I am most interested in studying maths and physics - and the five college consortium will allow me to take classses at the other colleges if I want to, wouldn't it?
And I am drawn to Grinnell very much becuase of its relaxed comunity. and yoyo617 - I could take astronomy at Haverford if I get inot Bryn Mawr. Isn't gettinginto Bryn Mawr easier? and what are my chances at Haverford?

wid small liberal arts colleges its more abt the essays and the depth of EC's and community services then the SAT scores. So I wud recommend that u make sure ur essay reprsent who u are and keep it short and effective. The admin office have to read thousands of essays so a short but impactful essay wud come as a refreshing change 4 dem! Good luck, I m pretty sure u will get into most of ur choices....
