I am an Asian-American male living in New Jersey.

My W GPA is 3.3335... I know, it's awful, but yeah. Freshman & Sophomore year I messed up big time, Junior year I got mostly As and Senior year I'm in B+ and A- range. Aside from Honors Chinese, I've never taken an advanced class until senior year. Now I'm taking AP Calculus AB, AP Environmental Science, AP European History, AP Government & Politics.

My SAT is 2140 single / 2200 Combined. (680 CR, 750 Math, 770 Writing)
- 750 on Math II and 710 on US History subject tests

My ECs are...
-Teacher's Assistant at my local Chinese school, all four years, 2 hours a week every week of the school year

- Hospital volunteer for at around 60 hours as well
FBLA and FLDC members for four years, no leadership though
Robotics team for 11th & 12th grade
Lab internship at Boston College summer of 11th grade

Whenever I check my school's Naviance charts, it's really distorted since my GPA is at least 0.5 lower than any other applicant with a similar SAT score. I've fixed most of my mistakes in school and am confident I can make it in a rigorous school, but I just don't know what school will accept me. So I'm pretty much throwing myself out there... I'm applying to a lot of reaches:

Boston College

Wake Forest University (Early Decision)

UNC Chapel Hill

University of Michigan-Ann Arbor

Vanderbilt

University of Southern California

And some more realistic reaches:

University of Illinois @ Urbana Champaign

University of Wisconsin-Madison

Rutgers

Do you think I'll make it into any of those schools? My essays are well-written, but probably not too risky or groundbreaking. I know it's a lot of information but any advice will help me at this point. I've got a pretty cynical view myself, and nobody I know seems to have any idea either.
