thank you in advance

I think you have a good chance of all schools. Ivy leagues I’m not sure about.

Your ECs look great and Mock Trial is a really attractive activity for colleges. GPA is good, AP scores will help, but your ACT score is probably going to hurt you. Also, for schools like BC and Duke your socioeconomic background could be a hook.

In all, I think you have a very good chance at UF, FSU, Northeastern, Fordham, and NYU. BC with the superscore would be a higher match, and so is Tulane. Duke and the Ivies will be stretches, but in all I think you have a shot at all of them!

Thank you so much! I figured exactly what you said.

Your black so probably guaranteed for all schools

Your’e* and not necessarily

^

Definitely have a solid chance for all schools, would say Duke is a low reach if u keep that ACT score.

Most of the non-ivies seem to be either matches or high-matches. The ivies seem a bit out of reach because of the ACT score.

all schools are matches/high matches except ivies which are reaches

Your URM hook helps. If you get a 32 on the ACT and if your essays are good, I could see you getting into an Ivy or two.

I agree with most others here: the ACT score makes the Ivies tough for you.
Also, with 10 APs, are you an AP Scholar with Honor/Distinction? If so, please do highlight it.
Good luck!

You should look into Emory, and Vandy while you’re at it.

Duke and NYU are reaches, Notre Dame is in that area too. Fordham, BC, Tulane, and Northeastern are low reaches to high matches. UF and FSU are matches.

will do!

thank you!

thanks, i’d consider my essays pretty strong

Fordham, FSU, UF and Tulane are definitely matches in my opinion I feel your stats alone will help you there. NYU I think is a low reach with Duke and Notre Dame on the upper end of the spectrum. Ivies its pretty difficult for me to determine I think you have some good hooks that can really help but to be honest it comes down to your essays so if you have a great essay you deserve to get into most of these places especially with your varied ECs. Private school and upper family income are hit or miss I am unsure if those will affect anything besides financial aid.

You definitely have a chance for all your schools, including Ivies. Could increase your chances for ivies by improving ACT. Try to focus your app on your ECs.

Great ECs! I think UF is a safety, and all the rest but ivies, Duke & ND are matches, especially if you bring your ACT up.
