Chance me Brown RD plz

Hi Guys,

Im applying to Brown Regular decision for 2021, for applied maths/econ.

My ACT composite is a 31, but my superscore is a 34! (I know that Brown wont recalcualte a composite, but they would “consider” my eng 34, math 34, reading 31, and sci 35)
790 SAT math 2 (also got a 730 in math 1 but probably wont send this)
Started my own charity event and raised over $15,000 for charity- had sponsors such as Pepsi; started my own website for the event as well
Overall my EC’s are good- dont want to go into too much depth to stay anonymous.
Good consellor reference, and a high gpa ( do A-levels- predicted 2A*, 2A)

Do you think my 31 composite would hurt my chances at a place like Brown?

@anon6282 Someone from my school got into Brown this year with a 31 ACT. If you have strong essays, you will still have a good chance for admissions. Good luck.

I think that you’re a competitive applicant, but it’s hard to tell for sure because there are so many competitive applicants with over a 31. But yeah obviously still give it a shot because there are people who get in with lower scores. You never know who they’re gonna pick and why. Good luck :slight_smile:
