Sorry for the massive wall of text. I'm mostly worried about my extracurriculars and whether or not they're competitive enough for admission. I'm also not sure whether or not I should retake the ACT - thoughts?

Thanks for any feedback!

I would say your academic statistics are decent enough for penn and your legacy status will give you a slight edge in the ED round. However, your extracurriculars are weak. If you dedicate loads of time (hundreds of hours a year) to a specific one that you are passionate about, make sure it shows because many people with similar academic statistics have much stronger ECs.

Regarding the ACT, don’t retake it if your time is better spent working on the essays or dedicating more hours to ECs. If you’re bored and really think you can get that perfect score, go for it. It’s really up to you. Good luck!

Yeah, that’s what I was worried about. I spend about 500-600 hours/year doing mock trial, so that’s really where my biggest time commitment lies. Thanks so much for your input!

Solid chance

I think you have a good shot, especially if you capitalize on how important mock trial is to you. And only consider retaking the ACT if it won’t come at a detriment to your ECs and grades this semester!
