Hi everyone,

I'm in a weird situation: I'm 21 and applying as a transfer student with a 4.0 at a community college. I did pretty well in high school (low 90 average, strong AP scores, good amazing SATs). I then ended up dancing ballet full-time for a few years, which I know won't count for anything at McGill, and recently quit.

I hope to transfer to a 4 year school next fall with junior standing. I haven't taken that many classes, 4 total last year (online) while dancing full time, 4 total this summer, and 3 this semester. I have a 4.0 (God forbid I fail a final exam eek). So basically, I've got good grades, and I'll be sending some strong SAT scores (2100) for McGill Arts and Management.

That said, are they going to look down on the fact that I've taken so few courses at a time? And they're low level/general ed for the most part? I quit dance and had no idea what I really wanted to do (still don't really), so I've just been dabbling in business classes, retook pre cal, took calc for the first time, etc.

What do you all think?

BTW born in Montreal, so I have dual citizenship
