<p>I think you have a good chance at these colleges, especially since you’re an international applicant. Your ECs are good and different from US applicants. GPA is great, and if you find a school that loves IB kids then you’re almost guaranteed admission if you do well on the IB tests. Your SAT IIs are good, but you really need to raise your SAT reasoning test scores. One thing about the SAT Reasoning, the critical reading and math sections matter way more than writing. If you do that, you’ll have a better chance at UPenn. The one thing with UCLA is that it will cost a lot, and since you’re an international student you can’t get any need-based aid.</p>
