I’d try and take the ACT again or try the SAT. I think your test score is a bit low and your weighted GPA may not be strong enough to show strength of schedule. Also it may be tough that you’re not top 10%. Just trying to be honest because I got caught up last year on other websites about acceptance likelihood and averages and they were way understated and it set myself up for a shock come acceptance time. I barely got in off the waitlist and I had a 3.9/4.5, 1430 SAT, 31 ACT, over 200 volunteer hrs, and top 6%. Anything is possible and your stats are great, but it’s sort random to some degree since every application has equal or better stats. Just make sure you communicate with your admissions director, make sure you show how much you want to go here and I would retake your tests especially since you’ll likely have time because you’ll probably get deferred from EA. And submit your semester ending grades. If you can do great this semester and get a higher test score, it will improve ur odds. Good luck. It’s worth the work, I love it here and I feel so lucky to be at BC. Got to go, I have a Bio quiz today. PM me if you have any questions

Since ~85% of matriculants were in the top 10% of thier class, your EA odds are on the low side. (Both rank and test score.)

Recommend a retest and more A’s this semester, and apply RD.

Hi…I think your chances are low. You need to raise your ACT/ACT scores to minimum 33 on your ACT and 1450 on your SAT’s.

Thank you so much for the insight and congrats on getting into BC!! I’m definitely considering retaking the tests and I think that would help boost my application since that’s generally the advice I’m getting. I really appreciate the time you took to respond to this, and I’ll definitely PM you if I have any questions
