Chance me early action please?

I know these "chance me" threads get annoying, but I really would like to know what people here think of my chances. deep breath here goes:

gpa: 3.7 uw

ACT composite: 33, 11 writing

I attend a local Math & science center, which provides advanced courses in math and science. I've taken/taking AP English L&C, AP Calc BC and AP Stats (the only other ones I could have taken are Physics C and Chem)

I'm from Bolivia (in South America) and have lived there about half of my life, including sophomore year which made things hectic. I had to take online classes and use a homeschool program to keep up. Upon returning junior year, I switched schools as well. Being in three different places throughout my HS career is the main reason for limited school-related ECs (not making excuses, I'll accept the weak spot but there is a reason)

Other than that I have good community service hours, have attended a couple weeklong volunteer camps and lead tutoring programs back in my home country for disadvantaged kids.

I feel that I have written great essays and will be getting very positive recommendations.

Also I am in-state

one last thing... do you have to select one of the RC concentrations if you apply for RC? I don't believe so but I want to make sure... also can you double major in polisci & econ at UM?

thanks bunches

I think you are match for U-M. If you are below 3.7, then less certain. I think RC is only a two year commitment. You can definitely double major poli sci and econ.

You’ll get in, I expect, as long as you write good essays. Double major in economics and political science is definitely a possibility. Apply early! Best of luck.
