Chance Me Everywhere! I'll chance you back!

i say you have as good a chance as anyone in all of them.
stanfords obviously a stretch though (nothing you can do about that haha)
good luck!

Your GPA is fantastic, and so are your scores. I wouldn’t worry about not getting in but I could definitely put some more safety schools. Have you looked into UCs? I think you have a great chance at Berkeley and LA. Or maybe Tufts in Boston? Just a few suggestions…Anyways…

Uchicago - High Match
Northwestern - Match
Vanderbilt (EDII, if I don’t get into Brown) - Match
Brown (ED) - High Match/Low Reach (I know a guy who got waitlisted but got in with worse test scores and slightly better gpa, but i don’t think his weighted was as good as yours)
UPenn - Low Reach/Reach (You still have a chance, apply)
Stanford - Low Reach/Reach (still go for it)

Chance back and average student? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1036228-will-someone-please-chance-me.html</a></p>

Applied to Cal+LA, but i don’t like tufts. I probably won’t be able to afford Cal because it’s public and OOS
I’m hoping Brown is a high match though
Class of '15

good test scores, average UW gpa, but your W i think is good. but low income and URM?!?

Uchicago - High Match
Northwestern - Match
Vanderbilt (EDII) - Match
Brown (ED) - high match/ low reach (ED boost helps you)
UPenn - match/ high match
Stanford - Reach

also, i suggest some safeties… i think you should be fine, but you never know, those are all selective schools.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1032344-low-uw-gpa-chances.html</a></p>

Brown (ED)- low reach
UChicago (EA)- low reach
Northwestern-match
Berkeley- If in-state, safety, but if out of state I have no idea…I think it’s alot harder to get in
Stanford- high reach
Penn-reach
Vanderbilt-match
Dartmouth- reach
Johns Hopkins- match
Georgetown (maybe)- match

The only bad part is your grades (which everyone’s already told you). Your EC’s seem great, and your test scores seem especially impressive considering you’re only a junior. Also, I don’t know what kind of advantage Native Americans get w/ admissions, but it seems like it would be something.

^^thanks for the chance. I’m really hoping for Brown; I think my essay about my hardships through low income will have some pull, but I don’t know if they get too many of those.

U Chicago - High Match
Northwestern - Low Reach
Vanderbilt - Low Match
Brown - Reach
U Penn - Reach
Stanford - Reach

They’re all really good schools so it’s hard to say. But your SAT / ACT are awesome, and so I say just try to bring up that GPA with your grades this semester and maybe try to get involved in a few academic EC’s. Oh, and I second what was said earlier - don’t do ED II for Vandy. You’ll get in there and so you might as well do RD and also be able to apply to these other schools.

UChicago - High Match
Northwestern - High Match
Vanderbilt - Match
Brown - Low reach
Upenn - Low reach/high match
Stanford - Mid reach

Your rank, GPA, and SAT’s are all strong. You will definitely get into one of these schools.
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1037042-chances-schools-stats-ill-chance-back.html</a></p>

Uchicago low reach
Northwestern unsure of school
Vanderbilt- IN
Brown reach
UPenn high reach
Stanford high reach

I think you have a great chance. Native American will help a lot. You’ll find out soon!

I’m pretty optimistic about these, especially with the URM and the ridiculously rigorous course load

UCHICH - Low reach/ high match
Northwestern - Low reach/high match
vanderbilt - high match
brown - reach
upenn - reach/low reach
stanford - high reach

Wow, you have an excellent chance at getting into all of these schools. You have a great weighted gpa, excellent SAT and ACT, strong extracurricular activities, various internships, classes at Brown and to top it off your a Native American. You said you only wanted to get into one? I think you shouldn’t do ED and just apply to all of them…I’m pretty sure your going to get into at least 3 colleges on your list.

Chance me back?
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1029316-chance-me-i-chance-you-deal.html</a></p>

UChicago - high match
Northwestern - high match
Vanderbilt - match
Brown - low reach
Upenn - low reach
Stanford - low reach

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1033554-chance-me-ill-chance-back.html</a></p>

Id say you have an excellent chance at brown, even if youre grades arent quite as high as they should be. Your scores are in their range, you have very impressive EC’s, youre internships/work experiences are stellar, and the fact that you are a minority will help you greatly esp at brown cuz they tend to focus on diversity even more than the other ivy’s. As for the other schools id say all are a low reach except vandy, which is a match.

@ipster-Thanks for the chance. I’m hoping my unique life experiences appeal to them.

I’m hoping they see my interest in Brown by my ED and my Summer@brown class on campus

vanderbilt match/maybe even saftey
northwestern high match
uchicago match
standford/brown reach [basically for everybody]

good luck!

It’s pretty cool that your school is allowing you to graduate a year early. Your grades are good and your classes are rigorous so that’s another plus. Being Native American also gives you a leg up because that’s a rarity now, and your EC’s are incredible.
Brown-Reach
Stanford-high reach
Penn-Reach
Vanderbilt-guarantee
UChicago-gaurantee
Northwestern-match
I would just worry about Stanford and Brown. I’m sure you’ll be accepted to at least 3 of these schools.

Uchicago – Match
Northwestern – Match
Vanderbilt – Probably In
Brown (ED) – Reach. Low reach, I think.
UPenn – Low reach
Stanford – Reach

thanks guys. I don’t think I’m guaranteed Uchicago, but it’s nice to hear. I’m excited for the 15th decisions: Uchicago and Brown!

Uchicago - high match
Northwestern - low reach
Vanderbilt (EDII, if I don’t get into Brown) - match
Brown (ED) - high match
UPenn - low reach
Stanford - mid reach

Go Vandy!
