Hello, College Confidential! I have been lurking on this forum for what seems like months and months, and as I begin my college search process, I would love some insight into my chances for some for my top choice schools. This spring, my family and I will be visiting some of these schools, and I am really just looking for a frame of reference in which to view them all. I am interested in studying physics primarily, or alternatively philosophy, or economics.
If any of you would be willing, I would greatly appreciate any admissions insight for my chances at the following for the class of 2022:
-Claremont McKenna College
-Pomona College
-Scripps College
-Harvey Mudd
-UC Berkeley
-UC Santa Barbara
-UC Los Angeles
-UNC Chapel Hill
-Davidson College
-Georgia Tech
-Johns Hopkins University
-Tufts University
I am aware that some of the schools on my above list may be reaches; please be kind! If you don’t think any of the listed schools are even moderately appropriate, feel free to add suggestions for academic fits, as I am early in the search process. Thank you!
