@sherpa dear sherpa, sorry so much for bugging you with another question!! I am just wondering lastly, how much will AP test scores affect my decision. I am not the best at math- I got 2 Bs in it, and I know that next week AP scores are coming out. I am just a bit scared about how much a B in calc bc will affect me. On the other hand, I love history so much more and excel in it. I have read a lot of your comments and threads and ask you this simply because I understand your knowledge in this field in general. @sherpa Hi Sherpa! I was wondering if you could answer this question if you have time ^^ :)). I am a bit scared because on AP tests I got a 5, 4, 3, 3, 3 which I know is low for ivies overall. I know I am not the most statistically qualified which is why I am weighing down my options. If you could pm me that would be great!
@agrb22 - Obviously the 3’s aren’t going to help you but in the big picture AP scores aren’t terribly important for admissions. I’d advise you not to let your AP scores impact your application strategy.
OP you appear to be a well rounded and outstanding candidate for Brown. I wouldn’t be concerned about your AP scores. No one can be perfect at everything. There are aspects of your EC background that are clearly exceptional. Your academics and test scores are up to the standard and you don’t have to submit 3 or bellow AP scores.
While nothing is a given at this level you have a great shot ED at Brown I suspect. More importantly congratulations on finding ways to help people less fortunate than you!!

Some of my ECs are hypotheticals that haven’t happened been published yet but will happen during my application process to brown. I apologize for hyperbolizing some parts of my application and this is something that won’t happen in the future. Also, I will be giving my entire portfolio to all schools I apply to and will provide all project links. My current websites are not updated at all so I will do that.
