I am a 14-year old junior at a state-funded residential school, based in a university. In this school, around 200 students from the state are accepted after completing sophomore year in normal high schools to finish the high school education doing only dual credit courses alongside university students. We will graduate with a high school diploma with more than 65 college semester hours. I was accepted into the school right after my eighth grade, having done Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II in my middle/high school and Introductory College Biology (with 4 college credits) in a local university. The school I am currently in does not rank or weight GPA. We also do not take AP courses. I am interested in applying for the BS/MD programs, 6, 7, or 8-year programs. With the stats I have currently, what is my chance:

SAT (superscore from two sittings): 2240 (CR 690; Math 770; Writing 780)
ACT (one sitting): 33 (Math 35, Science 33, English 33, Reading 29)

GPA from middle/high school and College Biology: 4.0

First semester GPA in present school: 3.25 (College level courses in Honors Biology I with lab, Honors Chemistry I with Lab, Pre-Calculus, and English)

Currently taking Calculus I, Honors Biology II, Honors Chemistry II, English, and Psychology.

Will take the following courses next year in my senior year: English, Political Science, US History, Honors Physics for Engineering I and II with Lab, and Calculus II.

It is likely that my UW high school GPA will eventually be around 3.6/3.7.

Research: I have a full time summer laboratory research for 8 weeks lined up.

EC: I have helped raised money totaling more than $3000 for a Cancer Foundation. I have also been volunteered tutor to at risk middle-school students and other community works. I have also lined up nearly 60 hours of nursing home volunteer works.

Clinical: I will start clinical shadowing in a hospital and also in a clinic for indigent and disadvantaged patients who do not have any health insurance.

So what is my chance, especially taking into consideration I will only be 15 when I put in my application in Fall this year?
