Chance me for Cal, LA, SD

I'm a political science major who applied to transfer to Cal, LA, and SD. I will have a 3.80 CCC GPA at the end of this semester (3.83 or so at the end of the Spring, assuming I get all A's, but I don't think they really take spring classes into account in your GPA as long as you didn't do badly), and 60+ units, igetc, the available major prereqs, etc, all done at the end of spring. I think I have average extra-cirriculars and a stellar pair of personal statements. What are my odds at each of these schools? I assume it's 100% at San Diego, but I'm more curious about the other two.

There is one minor issue that makes my transcript strange, however. Namely it is that I will have never taken more than 9 units in a single semester. This is because I did my first 40 units or so while I was still in high school, so I never needed to do more than 9 units in any semester. I don't know whether or not this will affect my chances because it will make them think that I can't handle more than 2-3 classes per semester or something.

What do you guys think my chances are?

Thanks

Your GPA is good. Make sure they know you used your time wisely. How did you finish 40 units while in high school?

3.8 GPA is quite good for Cal, LA, and SD. However, they might question the GPA as you never did take more than 9 units a semester. I'm fairly certain anyone can get even a 4.0 taking only 9 units a semester. The whole point of having a rigorous courseload while maintaining a good GPA is to prove that you can survive at the UC once you transfer.
