I go to De Anza Community College, After this quarter I will have finished 90 units of IGETC units and my major choice is going to be Economics. I have finished Econimics 1 and 2, as well as Finite Math and Statistics, but haven't started on Calculus yet. With this information, I will be applying to UCs, which do you guys think I have a chance of getting into UC San Diego, Santa Barbra, Davis, Irvine and/or Santa Cruz?

What's your GPA? that is one of the major critera of what chances you have in getting in to those schools.

did you mean 60 units? or you really took 90 units? just curious.

90 quarter units = 60 semester units

I'm sorry, I thought i posted a reply to myself. My gpa is 3.2, i've finished the igetc 90 quarter units as well as a few major prerequisites such as econ 1, 2 and finite math but still have calculuses to go. Two counselors say I should be able to get into most of the UCs with my gpa and my completion of the igtec but also say probably not into the major but instead into the prequalified major.
