<p>Hello, I want to ED Cornell for Computer Science major and Can you see what my chance is for ED?</p>

<p>My G.P.A : 98 Weighted (not including senior years)
(My school does not report U.W.)</p>

<p>Rank: 15% of 550
-My freshman year when I had ESL and all the "regular" classes ruined my rank. </p>

<p>Classes
-Except for some freshman and sophomore Advanced classes such as English honors, Science honors, I have all advanced classes (AP and IB).</p>

<p>-I've done many challenging attempts such as taking "AP physics" without taking physics(our school makes it so student takes physics honors before going into AP) or taking Calculus without taking Trig</p>

<p>SAT
- 1990(R: 540 M: 760 W: 680)
- Taking in this October. In many practice SATs, I have been getting around 2100 </p>

<p>SAT II
- US: 680 Math 2: 780 Chem: 680</p>

<p>AP tests and IB test
- US: 4 CS: 3 (had a bad teacher...T.T)
- IB math: 6 out of 7</p>

<p>ACT
- Signed up for October one. I won't be getting the result by the deadline.
You think I can ask admission if I can send it later?</p>

<p>EC'S
-Charter member of Mathlete (12-13, 13-14?)
-Officer of AOIT (it is "computer department" for school) (12-14)
-Excutive member of computer club(13-14)
-Virtual Company as an internship (Company that are made up of students of AOIT); we made websites for clients for free
-Community Service at Senior Center
-Community Service, Tutoring ESL students for short period of time.
-Tech honor society
-Foreign language honor society (likely)
-Local Youth Soccer League
-Science Olympiad (not an officer)
-Worked at Restaurant as a bus boy.(short period of time)</p>

<p>Background History
-Came to US in 8th grade
-My Sophomore year was my first year after ESL
-Annual Earning: around 30000
-Korean</p>

<p>Additional Questions
-Would I have a better chance if I apply as "undecided" ?
-If so, How hard is it to major in CS after or during the first year ?
-What score for SAT and ACT do I need to improve my chance?
-How is Soccer at Cornell? is it competitive?</p>

<p>i think you are definitely a candidate for admission, if you can get your SAT to 2100 like you said then you boost your chances a lot, the 540 score is hurting you at the moment. to answer some of your questions, i am pretty sure for cornell you must apply to a certain school (argriculture, arts science, human ecology, etc) so that is essentially like picking a major. maybe you might want to apply regular to solidify your SAT/ACT scores, might be risky sending them in without knowing your score? </p>
