<p>I am ELC its all good ^^^ to the guy above me obeyyball23, this is my chance thread… and tbh 3.6 gpa is low for UCLA. the people here tell people like me that our scores are not good enough for schools like ucla. 3.6 probably wont cut it im sorry, but there is no point in not applying best of luck</p>

<p>Under the old formula (4%), ELC was auto-accept at the mid-tiers. But now ELC = 9%, which has more than doubled the number of ELC’ers statewide. Thus, it will be virtually impossible for Irvine, Davis or SB to accept all of them.</p>

<p>Im a senior and have around the same GPA, a cali resident, and 1980 on my SAT. You will definately get into UCSB and UCSD, UCLA is 50/50 for anyone cuz they are just so choosey, same with Berkely. Don’t stress too much though, my good friend got into SB with a 1780 sat and 3.7</p>
