You are probably safe for admissions.
Your test scores (primarily) and your GPA (secondarily) are too low for merit aid. You likely will need a 34+ on your ACT to have a chance at any merit aid at GW.
@gandalf78 Thank you for your feedback. Even though I cannot receive merit, do you think I have a good shot of getting in, especially if I apply ED?
Yes. I don’t know whether your school has Naviance (you may need to ask your guidance counselor); if so, look at the scattergrams and the information posted for GW. Our school is a college preparatory day school, and looking at the GPA vs. ACT for our students accepted at GW, your GPA and ACT score puts you in the middle of that range of accepted students.
Applying ED can probably improve your chances of acceptance somewhat. ED is binding, however, meaning that if you are accepted, you have to go; and if money is a concern, I would probably apply RD over ED so you can at least see what (if any) financial package you get from the school. GW is not cheap.
@gandalf78 Yes, my school has Naviance and it is significantly lower than my stats for ED in the past, like a 27 and a 3.6 GPA so, that’s why I thought I would get some merit. Additionally, I love GW and my family does have the money, thankfully, but it is always nice to go to a school you love for less. As well, I am glad that you think I can get in, as it is my dream school. So, thank you for your response.

GW has awarded merit in the past to scorers below 34, 32-33 likely good enough
@gandalf78 Thank you for your input and helpful information.
@wisteria100 Do you think I could get in to GW though?
