SAT is definitely on the weaker side.
AP Scores are solid. SAT II’s are a little weaker as well.
In addition, I don’t know if you have enough EC’s: three seems kind of sparse.
It’s nice you have leadership positions in all of them. It seems your hook is this charity organisation so I hoped you developed a lot of your application around that.
There’s a lot unsaid in your post so it’s difficult to give an accurate opinion.
Georgetown seems less of a reach than Princeton, but as ^ said: you never know!
Intended major? SAT score and GPA are bit too low for pton(idk about georgetown). And probably do more ECs related to your intended major. Your ECs seem nice, but there will be many people who will be doing better things, so try to do more things related to your interest/major.
I think Princeton is going to be a reach due to your low (for their standards) SAT. Georgetown I think you have a better chance at but I think will still be a reach due to the SAT if you can get up around 2200 you’d be in better shape. Also just saying on the common app where it says to list awards I wouldn’t include honor roll as that’s not really an award. Awards is more like competitions won at regional, or national level stuff like that. I would focus on finding match and safety schools. While a good college list has some reaches you want to have a mix of safeties, matches, and reaches, and based on what you provided your list consists of just reaches though I’m sure you’ll take more time to develop a well balanced college list. Best of luck!
